We're working on a transition to audio augmented reality tour app. {% endhint %} # How it works Our workflow #### How does it Work? Travelling with GetGuide is easy. Here’s how it works: 1. **Complete a brief quiz so we can learn about you and your upcoming venture** Including budget, dietary restrictions, interests, and more.
2. **Get paired with a personal trip designer within 24 hours** Our local guide will reach out to review your request, discuss the preferences indicated in your quiz, and understand exactly what you’re looking for.
3. **We’ll get to work building your custom travel plan** From ticket reservations to activity/hotel bookings, everything’s mapped out in logistically optimized routes to make the most of your time.
4. **Share feedback directly with your trip designer** We’ll revise as necessary until your itinerary is nothing short of perfect.
5. **Get your finalized daily travel plan with maps** In it, you’ll find recommendations for breakfast, morning activities, lunch, afternoon activities, and more—all plotted onto an easy-to-read map.
6. **Take off with confidence** Everything is available on our mobile app (iOS) or web itinerary, including directions, tickets/confirmations, and more. # Pricing Learn about our pricing schedule ## How much does it cost? **For our pricing by day option:**\ We charge a simple, flat-rate daily planning fee. * Fewer than 5 days: $35 per day, per group * 5-day trip: $200 per group, with additional days at $30/day * 10-day trip: $500 per group, with additional days at $50 **For custom plans:**\ The all-inclusive rates for custom packages are dependent on destination, length of stay, and hotel tier. The price you’ll be quoted includes: * Hotels * Private transit/train tickets * Activities and select dining experiences It does not include: * City taxes * Airfare * Additional out-of-pocket meals and experiences * Tips An average 7-10 day custom package ranges from $2000 - $5000 per person {% file src="/files/-MZs0vZy\_0ilgN4zPvyb" %} GetGuide Audio Augmented reality app coming soon {% endfile %} # Overview GetGuide is a place for travellers to have a custom travel plan. We offer incredible experiences in thousands of destinations around the world. We work with professional suppliers of tours, attractions, and other destination services. We are initiating payment transfers to all local guides with a remaining balance. You should expect to receive your funds by the end of April 2021 at the latest. Please [contact us](mailto:support@getguide.com?subject=Re%3A%20Help%20desk), if you still need help with anything. {% endhint %} You can receive payment for any approved travel plans, minus the commission fees, on a monthly or fortnightly basis. Payments are calculated on a monthly basis and scheduled for the 7th working day of the month following an approved itinerary.
### To check your payments: 1. **Go to Account > Billing** Note: If in a certain month, the total amount of the payments does not reach $100, GetGuide is entitled to postpone the payment. Payments will be released in the next payment cycle once the $50 threshold has been met. ### Biweekly Payments With the biweekly payment system, payments are released on the 5th and 20th of every calendar month. By selecting this option, you consent to GetGuide increasing your contractual commission rate by 3percentage points on the subsequent itinerary. ### To change your payment frequency: 1. **Go to Account > Billing > go to the Payment details tab** 2. From the Payment settings section click on > **Modify** and **Save changes** # Custom tours If you are +10 travelers If you are planning as a large group ( +10 ) of friends, coworkers, You can include any details we didn’t capture in the quiz in the "Add comment" section. You'll also be able to share as much information as you need after you’re connected with your local guide over email. Please note, for large groups (more than 10 travellers), we do charge an additional $5 per traveller per day to account for the added complexity and time it takes to make arrangements for the whole group.
